Basic-P Milupa Metabolics Food Supplement
MILUPA BASIC-P is a special protein-free breastfeeding product ideal for feeding infants suffering from inborn errors of protein or amino acid metabolism such as organic aciduria, alterations in the urea cycle, energy and micronutrient deficiency.
Intended use
Ideal for feeding subjects suffering from errors in the metabolism of proteins and amino acids.
Use and doses
The required daily dose of MILUPA BASIC-P depends on age, body weight and individual metabolism. This dose, therefore, must be periodically adjusted by the doctor.
The tolerated dose of protein / amino acids can be added directly to the freshly prepared product. Used as a micronutrient or energy supplement, MILUPA BASIC-P can be added directly to drinks and food.
The recommended dilution is as follows:
13g of product (= 3 scoops) + 90ml of water = 100ml of product
1 scoop = 4.3g of powder
