BIOLOGICAL
The company follows the methods of organic agriculture and animal husbandry. The donkeys are raised in a rural oasis, on Mount Baducco, and are fed exclusively with certified organic products. The company does not use chemical fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides and GMO products. Fresh and freeze-dried donkey milk are both certified organic by the ICEA institute.
RECONSTITUTION
To obtain 100 ml of reconstituted donkey milk, dissolve 10 grams of lyophilized donkey milk in 94 ml of hot water (80 ° C). Reconstituted donkey milk must be used immediately after its preparation; do not freeze.
