Naturally Relax is a food supplement based on Valerian, Passionflower, Lemon balm and Hops . Valerian, Hops and Passionflower are useful for promoting relaxation in case of stress and sleep disorders and Lemon Balm also supports normal mood . Lemon balm and hops also promote a normal digestive function and passion flower and lemon balm support a physiological gastrointestinal motility .
How to use
Swallow 1 to 3 capsules a day with water, preferably with a meal and in the evening. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
