METHOD OF USE
- Remove the protective cap from the dispenser
- Hold the bottle and the head vertically, gently position the nozzle at the mouth of the nostril
- Press with two fingers on the base of the dispenser
- Repeat with the other nostril
- Clean the dispenser
- Put the protection cap back on the dispenser
Dosage
2-3 sprays per nostril, 3-4 times a day or more often as needed
