EYE DROPS

Description
Eye drops based on hyaluronic acid, glycerin and vegetable distilled waters.
Compatible with the use of contact lenses.
Medical device for ophthalmic use consisting of an isotonic, sterile solution, with physiological pH, based on hyaluronic acid, glycerin and vegetable distilled waters. The combination of hyaluronic acid and glycerin gives the product a protective, hydrating and humectant action.
It is a refreshing solution suitable for those who suffer from occasional dry eyes or poor tearing. Relieves states of redness and eye fatigue by protecting the eye from environmental and atmospheric factors or visual stress.

Instructions for use
Instill 2/3 drops per eye, 2-3 times a day or according to the doctor's opinion.
1. Open the foil pouch.
2. Wash your hands thoroughly.
3. Separate the single-dose vial from the strip and open it by rotating the cap.
4. Gently press the body to the single-dose vial and instill 2/3 drops.
5. After instillation, immediately close the vial and reuse the residual contents within the next 12 hours.
6. Store unused vials in the foil pouch until the contents are empty.
7. The product in the vial is for single patient use to avoid possible contamination.
8. The product is compatible with contact lenses.

Components
Hyaluronic acid 0.15%, glycerin 0.2%, distilled water of Vaccinium myrtillus, distilled water of Hamamelis virginiana, distilled water of Chamomile recutita, distilled water of Euphrasia officinalis, sodium chloride, dibasic sodium phosphate dodecahydrate, monobasic sodium phosphate monohydrate, purified water.

Warnings
- The product is for ophthalmic use only, do not ingest or use differently from the directions for use.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- During instillation, do not touch the eye or other surfaces with the dispensing end of the vial.
- Do not use the product in case of known incompatibility with even one component of the formulation.
- If necessary, check with your optician the compatibility of the eye drops with the contact lenses used.
- In case of adverse reactions during use, suspend treatment and consult a doctor.
- If necessary, consult your doctor for use in pediatric age and for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
- Any administration of drugs and medical devices for ophthalmic use should be carried out under the supervision of a doctor who can evaluate possible interactions.
- In case of compromised ocular surface or damaged cornea, consult your doctor.
- Do not use the product after the expiry date indicated on the packaging.
- In the event of any complaint or serious incident occurring in relation to the device it is necessary to report the incident to the manufacturer and to the competent authority of the member state in which the user resides.
