Omega 3 ACT 1g is a Food Supplement that contains 1 gram of fish oil per pearl and 5 mg of Vitamin E.
Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. DHA from fish oil contributes to normal heart function.
The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250mg of DHA. Omega 3s are essential fatty acids that are not produced by the body; for this reason they must be taken through diet or, in cases of reduced intake or increased need, with dietary supplementation.
HOW TO USE: It is recommended to take 1-2 pearls per day to be swallowed with water, during meals.
WARNING: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not suitable for children. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years old. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to the ingredients. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
