How to use
Necessary:
- Oro Pan Riso Blend 1.000 g
- Water 800/850 ml
- Extra virgin olive oil 30 ml
- Fresh brewer's yeast 20 g
- Salt 25 g.
Preparation
Dissolve the yeast in the water and pour a little at a time into the flour. Obtained a homogeneous mixture, add the salt and finally the oil and let it absorb well. Let it rest for about 5 minutes, create the desired shape and weight. Cover the already formed dough and let it rise until doubled in volume. Brush with a little extra virgin olive oil and bake in a preheated convection oven at 200 ° C for about 22 minutes (cooking which may vary depending on the oven).
