Suitable for all types of very high quality sweet pastry, it has an elasticity as if it were a glutinous product. The difference between the classic Oro sweet pastry mixture is that it does not contain wheat starch or gluten.
Ingredients
Corn starch, rice flour, potato starch, tapioca flour, teff flour, quinoa flour, sugar; vegetable fibres: psyllium, carob, bamboo; pea flour, buckwheat flour; thickeners: guar gum, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; salt, enzymes.
May contain traces of soya , nuts ( almonds , pistachios ), eggs , lactose-free milk , sesame seeds and lupine .
