HOW TO USE : 1 sachet per day to dissolve directly in the mouth. It is recommended to take the product between meals. In case of need and periods of particular stress, the daily dose can be increased up to 3 sachets. It is recommended to take one sachet a day for at least a month; repeat the intake cycle from 2 to 4 times a year as needed.
