How to use
6 capsules per day. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of glucomannan in 3 doses of 1 g each, with 1-2 glasses of water, before meals and in the context of a low-calorie diet. In order for it to reach the stomach, the substance must always be taken with plenty of water. Do not exceed the indicated doses.
