Ashwagandha also supports relaxation and mental well-being and the body's natural defenses.
Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to normal energy metabolism and, with potassium, to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
Zinc contributes to the normal function of the immune system and the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Instructions for use
It is recommended to take 1 or 2 sachets per day. Pour the contents of a sachet into a glass of water, mixing carefully and consuming immediately after preparation. The possible presence of small granules in the preparation obtained is a consequence of the use of ingredients of natural origin.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. The product contains polyols, excessive consumption of which can have laxative effects.
