The fruit oligosaccharides are useful for the balance of the intestinal bacterial flora. Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity; biotin, laniacin, zinc and riboflavin help keep skin healthy; niacin and lariboflavin help maintain healthy mucous membranes; moreover, riboflavin contributes to normal iron metabolism and, with vitamin B6, niacin and labiotin, contribute to the proper functioning of energy metabolism; vitamin B6 and zinc contribute to the normal function of the immune system; zinc, lariboflavin and vitamin E contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress; zinc and biotin contribute to the normal metabolism of macronutrients.
