Food supplement based on myo-inositol, D-chiro inositol, cinnamon, with alpha lipoic acid, folic acid, vitamin D3 and melatonin.
Cinnamon: carbohydrate metabolism; antioxidant action.
Melatonin: contributes to reducing the time required to fall asleep.
Vitamin D: promotes the normal absorption and use of calcium and phosphorus; contributes to the natural function of the immune system.
Vegan.

Ingredients
Myo-inositol, D-chiro inositol, microcrystalline cellulose, cinnamon (Cinnamomum zeylanicum Blume, cortex), alpha-lipoic acid; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; melatonin, folic acid, vitamin D3.

Instructions for use
We recommend taking 1 or 2 tablets.

Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. For use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, consult your doctor beforehand.
If you are being treated with hypoglycemic drugs, consult your doctor before using the product. The beneficial effect of melatonin is obtained by taking 1 mg of the substance just before bed.

Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light and away from heat sources. The expiry date refers to the product in intact packaging and correctly stored: do not use the product after the date indicated on the packaging.
