Lemon balm regulates gastrointestinal motility and helps eliminate gas. It also facilitates relaxation, mental well-being and normal mood.

Maltodextrin, aroma, FOS fermented by Lactobacillus paracasei CNCM I-5220, lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L.) leaves eg tit. 2% rosmarinic acid; acidity regulator: citric acid; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; sweetener: sucralose.

How to use
Take 1 to 2 sachets per day according to your needs. Pour the contents of the sachet into a glass of water, stirring until the powder is completely dissolved and take immediately, preferably between meals.
