Ingrediants
powder of: amalaki (phyllanthus emblica l.) pericarpium; bilva (aegle marmelos correa) cortex; gokshura (tribulus terrestris l.) fructus; gum arabic stabilizer; starch; magnesium stearate; anti-caking agent: magnesium silicate.

How to use
1 tablet twice a day, with water or milk and sugar, in the morning and evening or half an hour before meals. It is possible to increase the dose and set the duration of the intake according to the opinion of your nutritionist advisor.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied diet.
