Probios wholemeal kamut paste is obtained from stone-ground flours, and is processed according to traditional methods. The result is a pasta with an exceptional porosity that perfectly absorbs any seasoning and keeps cooking very well. Probios wholemeal kamut pasta is rich in fibers which are a precious component of cereals and vegetables in general. The presence of fiber is greater in whole grains than in refined ones, being present in particular in bran.
