Pruridina Diffuse Pruritus exerts a rapid, specific and prolonged action on itching by acting on the Vanilloid receptors with its exclusive composition:

• Camphor reduces itching by activating TRPV1 AND TRPV3 receptors and inhibiting the TRPA1 receptor.
• Menthol reduces itching by activating TRPM8 and TRPV3 receptors and inhibiting the TRPA1 receptor.
• Alpha Bisabolol reduces itching by activating the TRPV3 receptor and also exerting a strong local anti-inflammatory action.
• Polydocanol acts as a local anesthetic and has a proven efficacy in independent histamine pruritus.
• Calendula has a healing and soothing action on scratching lesions.
