Ingredients
Whey protein isolate (Volactive Ultra Whey XP instant Sunflower) (contains emulsifier: sunflower lecithin), inositol, pulverized psyllium seed pericarp (Plantago psyllium L.), L-tryptophan, magnesium bisglycinate, bitter cocoa; sweetener: sucralose; ComplexZyme-5 Vegan (enzyme complex from fermented plant substrates-enzymes: alpha amylase, protease, lactase, lipase, Cellulase), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol).

Gluten free.

Instructions for use
Dilute 10 g in 200 ml of water and take once a day.
