1 sachet per day or according to the doctor's opinion. Take the preparation directly in the mouth and after a few seconds swallow. Alternatively, pour the contents of the sachet into a glass and add about 30 ml of non-hot or lukewarm water (about half a glass) and mix well. The product can also be taken by mixing the contents of the sachet in other liquids.
