METHOD OF USE
It is recommended to take one sachet a day.
Ready to drink or, if necessary, dilute in 1/2 glass of water.
ACTIVE PRINCIPLES
-Glutamine: stimulates protein synthesis and hinders catabolism, favoring the availability of muscle glycogen during recovery;
-Arginine: facilitates the structural and functional recovery of the injured tissue, inducing the synthesis of praline, an amino acid abundant in collagen;
