Composition:

REPUSOX Adults 60 mg / 4 ml solution for injection One ampoule contains: Active ingredient: Sobrerol 60 mg REPUSOX Children 30 mg / 2 ml solution for injection One ampoule contains: Active ingredient: Sobrerol 30 mg REPUSOX 40 mg / 3 ml solution for nebulisation One single-dose container contains: Active substance: Sobrerol 40 mg For a full list of excipients, see section 6.1

Therapeutic indications

Mucolytic, fluidifying in acute and chronic diseases of the respiratory system.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients.

Dosage

Solution for injection adults: 1–2 ampoules per day intramuscularly. Solution for injection children: 1–2 ampoules beyond intramuscularly. Solution to be nebulized: 1 single-dose container for each inhalation or aerosolized tubal catheterization for 1 or 2 applications per day.

No particular warnings.

Interactions

There are no known interactions of sobrerol with other drugs.

Side effects

Gastric upset and nausea can occur.

Pregnancy and breastfeeding

The safety of sobrerol is not sufficiently demonstrated in pregnancy and lactation; therefore Repusox should only be given when, in the judgment of the physician, the potential benefits outweigh the possible risks.
