Whey protein ingredients ; skim cocoa powder 5%, potassium chloride, taurine, sweetener aspartame. It does not contain gluten.

Its intake is indicated in the treatment of obese patients, but it is also effective for those who want to lose weight in a targeted and rapid way. During the diet with PROTEOMIL, fats and carbohydrates are banned: it is a targeted diet and it is important to follow it rigorously and eliminate any transgression.

How to use PROTEOMIL is a water soluble protein supplement. The amount of water in which to dissolve the product is at your discretion and depends on whether you prefer a more liquid or denser drink. The product can be taken or in place of a meal (breakfast, lunch and dinner) in an amount of 30-40 g (the measuring cup contained in the jar contains 10 g) for each meal, OR by replacing 2 meals with the 3rd meal (lunch or dinner) based on meat or fish at will. 3 consecutive days of treatment every 10 days must not be exceeded. However, the days of treatment must be consecutive. During the treatment you can freely drink water, tea and coffee but strictly sugar-free. Do not exceed the recommended doses for daily intake. WE RECOMMEND NOT TO FOLLOW MORE THAN TWO TREATMENTS PER MONTH.
