MUSCULIFT TECHNIQUE. These are innovative, simple and quick techniques to optimize the effectiveness of the product. This innovative technique was specially created to apply SCP Lifting Series products. Steps 1 & 2 have been developed specifically for LIFTING RADIANCE CREAM, LIFTING RADIANCE CONCENTRATE and LIFTING RADIANCE 3D MASK *. They help reactivate blood circulation and give a visible lifting effect.
* with LIFTING RADIANCE 3D MASK: proceed with the MUSCULIFT TECHNIQUE immediately after removing the mask.
STEP 1: For cheeks and left side of the face
With the palm of the right hand, start from the left cheek, massage in an upward motion along the side of the face, on the forehead, down to the side of the nose, reaching the right ear. Repeat 3 times.
STEP 2: For cheeks and right side of the face
Repeat STEP 1 on the right side of the face using the left hand. Repeat 3 times.
STEP 3: For the eyes
Massage slowly towards the temples.
STEP 4: For the eyes
Repeatedly pinch the area above and below the eyes.
STEP 5: For cheeks and mouth
Massage with an upward motion towards the ears.
STEP 6: For cheeks and mouth
Repeatedly pinch the skin at the top, on the sides of the cheeks and on both sides of the mouth.
STEP 7: For the contour of the face
Apply light pressure to these three points along the lymph glands around the face. Then press by massaging the neck slowly from top to bottom.
STEP 8: For the contour of the face
Place the palm of your hand on either side of your face for 3-5 seconds until you feel the heat.
