Instructions for use
Use a mouthwash measuring cap to rinse your mouth for at least 30 seconds immediately after using your toothbrush and toothpaste. In the first two weeks it is recommended to use it twice a day, morning and evening. In the third week, 1 rinse preferably in the evening after dental hygiene.
