Food supplement based on melatonin and plant extracts. Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time required to fall asleep * and to alleviate the effects of jet lag **. Griffonia and G iuggiolo promote relaxation and sleep.
* The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin just before bedtime.
** The beneficial effect is obtained by taking a minimum of 0.5 mg shortly before going to bed on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at the destination.
