Ingredients
Powder of: amalaki (Phyllanthus emblica L.) fructus, haritaki (Terminalia chebula Retz.) fructus, vibhitaki (Terminalia bellerica Roxb.) fructus, fennel (Foeniculum vulgare Mill.) fructus, rose (Rosa centifolia L.) flos. Excipients: gum arabic.

Instructions for use
1-2 tablets with warm water preferably before going to bed in the evening.

Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The use of the product during pregnancy, breastfeeding and under 12 years of age is not recommended. Do not take for prolonged periods without periodically consulting your doctor.
