Bulking agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose; passion flower (Passiflora incarnata L., aerial part with flowers) ex, valerian (Valeriana officinalisL., roots) ex; stabilizer: sodium alginate; California poppy (Eschscholzia californica Cham., aerial part) ex, hawthorn [Crataegus laevigata (Poir.) DC., flowers and leaves] ex; stabilizer: xanthan gum; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.

How to use
1 tablet, 30 minutes before going to sleep.
