Description
Food supplement of vitamins and minerals for adults, useful in case of increased need or reduced dietary intake. Contains hydroxypropyl methylcellulose which allows for a gradual release of vitamins.

Bulking agents: cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; tribasic calcium phosphate, L-ascorbic acid, magnesium carbonate, potassium phosphate, ferrous fumarate, zinc citrate, DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; manganese gluconate, nicotinamide, calcium D-pantothenate, retinyl acetate, copper citrate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, riboflavin, thiamin hydrochloride, biotin, pteroylmonoglutamic acid (folic), chromium picolinate.

How to use
One tablet a day is recommended, preferably with a meal.
