Ingrediants
Graminex G63 (pollen from secale cereale L.), lipoic acid; anti-caking agent: talc; emulsifier: ethylcellulose; bulking agents: calcium phosphate hydroxypropylcellulose; L-tryptophan, quercetin; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; coating agents: polyvinyl alcohol; polyethylene glycol, talc; dyes: E171, E172.

How to use
We recommend taking 1 or 2 tablets a day, after main meals.
