Hydrolyzed proteins are whey proteins obtained by ultra-filtration and subjected to a further process of hydrolysis (by enzymatic way) through which the proteins are broken down into single amino acids, di-peptides, tri-peptides and oligopeptides. The process reproduces the breakdown that proteins undergo during digestion. XXX Hydrolysed Protein 90 are the proteins with the fastest absorption and assimilation times.

Ingrediants

Milk proteins (whey proteins obtained by ultrafiltration and hydrolyzed via enzymes) 94%, low-fat cocoa powder, flavors, sweeteners: sucralose, steviol glycosides (extracts from leaves of Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni); L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), DL-alpha tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E), pyridoxine HCl (vitamin B6), riboflavin (vitamin B2), thiamine HCl (vitamin B1), cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12).

How to use

Dissolve 2 and a half measures of product (corresponding to 25 g) in 100 ml of water or low-fat milk.
