Zen Mint Spirit Oil essential oil has a pleasant balsamic scent that facilitates relaxation.

How to use

Pour a drop of Zen Mint Spirit Oil into a humidifier or diffuser to imprison a relaxing aroma in the room, or mix a few drops with a little water in a sprayer and sprinkle the room as desired.
Massage locally with two drops of mint for persistent cramps or indigestion; on the temples in case of headache.
