Description

How to use
Prepare a pot of boiling water. Put much more water than is used for normal pasta. Dip the desired amount of Rigataki and leave to boil for at least 13 minutes. This pasta never overcooks and always has the same consistency. Drain in a colander and rinse well under the tap with hot water. It is important to rinse well to remove the small amount of sugar used.
