ZirFos consists of live Bifidobacteria (Bifidobacterium longum AW11, 5 billion per sachet), Actilight fructo-oligosaccharide and B vitamins. Bifidobocterium longum AW11 is one of the main constituents of the bacterial flora of the human intestine. Various factors such as the use of antibiotics, states of stress, poor digestion, an inappropriate diet can alter the normal balance of the enteric flora, resulting in intestinal dysfunctions.
Bifidobacterium longum AW11 promotes the balance of the intestinal flora. The Actilight fructo-oligosaccharide (FOS-Actilight) is a substance that passes unchanged through the stomach and small intestine to reach the colon where it becomes specific nourishment for the development of Bifidobacteria. How to use
